1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CalligoScript. By accessing and using our website and consulting services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CalligoScript, based in Quezon City, Philippines.

2. Scope of Services

CalligoScript provides expert consulting in creative calligraphy-based branding and visual communication. All digital designs, physical manuscripts, and strategic recommendations are provided as bespoke services. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that contradict our brand values or ethical standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific project contract, all original calligraphy works, logotypes, and consulting materials displayed on this site are the intellectual property of CalligoScript. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our portfolio without express written permission.

Creative assets generated during consulting remain the property of CalligoScript until final payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as per the individual Service Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your brand and to respond promptly to creative briefs and milestones. Delays in client feedback may impact project delivery timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

CalligoScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consulting advice or the application of visual assets in your business operations. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quezon City, Manila.
